Job Summary
Maintenance Technician (roving across Asa Midtown, Solaris at the Biltmore, Silver Creek, Bridge Lane) responsible for all facets of property maintenance, including appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial, and grounds upkeep. Ensures a clean, safe, and well-maintained community; handles preventative and corrective maintenance, completes work orders within 24 hours, assists with move-in/move-out inspections, maintains inventory and PPE, and travels between properties with a valid driver’s license. Requires minimum 2 years of experience or related training; HS diploma or equivalent; EPA/Freon certification preferred. Strong emphasis on resident service, safety practices, and proactive problem-solving.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience or completion of a one-year certificate program from a college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A valid driver's license is required (travel between properties)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA/Freon Certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
