Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Diagnose, inspect, service, and perform breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance on production facilities, including lubrications, engine tune-ups, and oil changes. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance while ensuring service history logs are up to date. React quickly to equipment breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected teams, and work efficiently to fix issues. Put health and safety best practices first in all work carried out and support continuous improvement by sending feedback and suggestions for operational enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications and/or employment background with demonstrated mechanical skills and knowledge
- Current Driver's License
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude
- Team player who can work effectively with people from different backgrounds
- Awareness and ability to adhere to WHS requirements
- Flexibility in hours worked to achieve operational targets
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally agricultural maintenance skills and knowledge
- Previous experience in processing, welding and/or fabrication
