Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Roers Companies supporting properties in Williston, ND and Sidney, MT. Responsible for general maintenance of multifamily apartment buildings, repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliances, and participating in unit turns with cleaning and painting. Communicates professionally with Property Managers, Maintenance Managers, and Residents; participates in on-call rotation and responds to after-hours and weekend emergencies. Demonstrates focus on resident safety, comfort, and satisfaction through preventative maintenance and timely work orders.
