Job Summary
Schedule and respond to work orders, including follow-ups with residents and management. Ensure preventative maintenance scheduling and performance remain current. Perform cosmetic and routine maintenance, conduct unit turnovers and move-in/out inspections, and execute quarterly inspections. Execute plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and masonry repairs and troubleshooting as needed. Coordinate, schedule, and oversee vendor work with the Property Manager. Maintain on-call availability for off-shift and weekend emergency maintenance coverage. Requires minimum two years of experience in apartment development maintenance, reliable transportation, and bilingual skills as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Candidate must be able to function in an on-call capacity
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have basic mathematical skills
- Must have computer skills
- Must have fluency in English
- Must have very good use of time management skills
- Must have minimum 2 years' experience performing maintenance tasks in an apartment development or comparable position

- Knowledge in REAC and other regulatory inspections
