Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance tasks including plumbing repairs, electrical work, and groundskeeping to uphold community standards. Operate sewer augers, diagnose leaks, replace fixtures, and manage lawn care such as mowing and weeding. Complete home cleanouts, read water meters, and finish work orders efficiently with minimal supervision. Perform regular equipment inventory checks and adhere to all safety regulations while maintaining an active work posture. Read and interpret basic technology tools for job completion.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, property management maintenance
- 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing
- Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Need to be comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
- Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity
