Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Olympus Property (Riata) responsible for performing maintenance requests across apartments and facilities, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, HVAC preventative maintenance, and repair of kitchen appliances and fixtures. Requires knowledge of HVAC systems and/or EPA/HVAC license, with availability for emergencies and a minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience. Emphasizes adherence to core values (Customer Care, Teamwork, Trust, Family) and collaboration with service and office teams; involves tracking service requests, maintaining shop and inventory, and supporting grounds and common areas. Initial pay range is $22-24 per hour, with bonuses; opportunities for growth and tuition reimbursement. Location: Austin, Texas. Full-time, Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM (hours may vary). Required Qualifications
