Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to minimize downtime by diagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on manufacturing machinery. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, assist with equipment setups and alignments, and participate in root cause analysis. Collaborate with Machinists, Electricians, and Operators to safely return equipment to service while using the CMMS system to document work and parts. Adhere to all plant safety policies, including Lockout/Tagout and housekeeping standards. Requires 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience, ability to read schematics, and willingness to work rotating shifts. Local candidates only.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read mechanical schematics, assembly drawings, and equipment manuals
- Familiar with maintenance systems and documentation (CMMS)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team with multiple crafts
- Must be able to work rotating shift
