Job Summary
Maintains and repairs plant equipment, including motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, conveyors, electrical/electronic controls, and injection molding machines; performs preventive maintenance, safety checks, and documentation; requires 3-5 years’ injection molding/troubleshooting experience, forklift certification, and ability to work OT as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience in troubleshooting injection molding and secondary equipment required.
- Experience with robotics, programmable controls, including the ability to troubleshoot and modify programs through the appropriate tools highly preferred.
- Industrial electrical knowledge or experience is preferred.
- Experience working on plant machinery, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and HVAC is a plus.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings is desired.
- Capability of EOAT Design and Fabrication plus.
- Proficiency in valve gate design and installation plus.
- Willing and able to be certified on forklift (sit down and standup) and scissor lift.
