Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Skilled in using hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks
- Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Endure prolonged standing and repetitive activities, including using tools, walking, climbing, bending, and kneeling
