Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, safety, and functionality of the property by performing routine maintenance repairs, conducting preventative maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests. Key responsibilities include performing janitorial duties, such as cleaning common areas, and groundskeeping tasks, including maintaining the property grounds. The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality service, with basic skills in plumbing, electrical work, and equipment operation.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry
  • Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment such as power tools, vacuums, blowers, pressure washers, and snow removal equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-Motivation
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial services, or groundskeeping preferred
  • Multifamily housing experience preferred

Additional Requirements
