Maintenance Technician

Perform general maintenance pre-checks and departure-checks for all Resorts West properties, conducting weekly inspections and returning completed checklists daily. Execute assigned repairs including audio/visual, electrical, plumbing, mechanics, and appliance work while monitoring and enforcing property usage policies. Maintain detailed service records on daily time sheets, track tool inventory, and report credit card and purchase account usage to the Project Coordinator. Participate in snow removal as needed and handle heavy lifting such as moving furniture and supplies. Act as an interface between Resorts West, Property Services, and guests/owners when required. A personal vehicle is necessary for transportation.
