Job Summary

Conduct daily and weekly walk-throughs of RCCC buildings and properties using company checklists to ensure facilities are operational for guests. Identify, document, troubleshoot, and repair maintenance issues across mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems while monitoring pools, spas, and water features per safety codes. Support seasonal guest-readiness by addressing deficiencies in cabins, including HVAC, connectivity, and plumbing needs. Promptly report all safety concerns, incidents, or operational deficiencies to management in accordance with company policy. Perform other duties as assigned while adhering to all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and attendance protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical systems, and general facility maintenance
  • Ability to troubleshoot and complete routine repairs safely and efficiently
  • Ability to work long, varied, and sometimes irregular hours, including overtime, split shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and seasonal schedules
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work from ladders, rooftops, and man lifts, including heights up to approximately 14 feet or more, depending on assigned work and safety requirements
  • Ability to occasionally exert up to 75 pounds of force and to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects
  • Ability to access and navigate all assigned areas of the property
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including excessive heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, and other environmental conditions
  • Must be able to comply with Company vehicle and safety policies
  • Must be eligible to operate Company vehicles or equipment when assigned
  • Must successfully complete a background check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law

Desired Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of related maintenance experience or training
  • Certified Pool Operator certification, or ability to obtain certification within a Company-designated timeframe, if required for assigned duties
