Job Summary
Perform general maintenance duties and repairs including painting, electrical, plumbing, and appliance work within upscale apartment communities. Manage project resources from start to finish in coordination with the Business Manager, ensuring timely turnaround for leasing units while adhering to budget constraints. Handle daily grounds keeping, pressure cleaning, and apartment unit organization as needed. Complete resident service tickets efficiently and independently manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong communication skills. Maintain valid driver's license and availability for on-call emergency services. Requires HVAC certification and working knowledge of HVAC systems, electricity, and plumbing while administering construction safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in maintenance
- HVAC certification
- Good communication skills

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to perform on-call emergency services when needed
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with completing priorities and deadlines
