Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work orders and preventative maintenance on HVAC and other mechanical systems; on-call after hours emergency responses; snow removal and grounds maintenance of common areas at multi-family properties; duties include plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical within service requests; must have 2 years of on-site maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, basic tools, and a positive, reliable attitude; HVAC certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties
- HVAC certification a plus
- Must have basic set of tools
- Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Have detailed knowledge of make ready unit turns including light carpentry, plumbing and electrical
