Job Summary
Prep apartments for make-ready turns and complete work service requests for plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and other mechanical equipment. Manage snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas. Respond to after-hour emergency calls on an on-call rotation. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to support on-site duties. Two years of on-site maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties required. HVAC certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties
- Must have basic set of tools
- Have a positive, get the job done attitude
- Have complete grasp of on-site maintenance management
- Candidates must prove they have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Have detailed knowledge of make ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing and electrical
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification a plus
