Job Summary
Prep apartments for make-ready turns, complete work service requests, and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems. Handle general maintenance duties, snow removal of grounds and common areas, and respond to after-hour emergency calls. Execute plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical repairs while managing on-site maintenance operations. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties
- Must have basic set of tools
- Have a positive, get the job done attitude
- Have complete grasp of on-site maintenance management
- Candidates must prove they have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Have detailed knowledge of make ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing and electrical
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification a plus
