Job Summary
Prep apartments for make-ready turns and complete work service requests covering plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical repairs. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and other mechanical components while managing grounds, including snow removal in common areas. Respond to after-hour emergency calls on an on-call rotation. Requires two years of on-site maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties, valid driver's license, and HVAC certification as a plus. Required Qualifications
- 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in Multi-Family/Residential properties
- Must have basic set of tools
- Have a positive, get the job done attitude
- Have complete grasp of on-site maintenance management
- Candidates must prove they have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Have detailed knowledge of make ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing and electrical
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification a plus
