Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for on-site maintenance in multi-family/residential properties, including prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work orders (plumbing, carpentry, light electrical), preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC and other mechanical systems, and responding to after-hours emergency calls. Roles also include snow removal and grounds maintenance in common areas; on-call duties; and ensuring reliable transportation to job sites with a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of maintenance experience in multi-family/residential properties
- HVAC certification a plus
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Have a basic set of tools
- Knowledge of make-ready unit turns including light carpentry, plumbing and electrical
