Maintenance Technician / Residential Handyman (STL)

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping properties in top-notch condition by fulfilling resident work orders and assisting in property turns. Duties include plumbing, light electrical work, drywall repair, painting, light HVAC work, appliance repair, and minor household repairs. The role involves training and supervising other maintenance techs, performing inspections, and operating in a technology-driven environment. Candidates should have over 3 years of residential maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a security background and drug screen, while providing exceptional service.
