Job Summary
As a Service Technician for a large multifamily operator, diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, interior and exterior structural issues, and appliances; assist with apartment make-readies and preventive maintenance programs; support construction or rehabilitation projects and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA and applicable codes; share on-call duties and respond to resident requests while representing the company professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of general maintenance and safety experience
- EPA section 608; Type II – HVAC
- High School diploma is a plus
- Required to provide own (industry specific) hand tools
