Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care, and complete and document guest and associate work orders. Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, pool systems, furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances. Execute seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties while operating and maintaining hand tools and power equipment. Requires minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience, ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, and certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a plus. Full-time role at Phoenix Glendale Renaissance with competitive pay determined by experience and skills.
