Job Summary
Conduct drywall repairs, painting, minor electrical and plumbing fixes, and kitchen cabinet renovations. Troubleshoot and prioritize work orders while handling emergencies, responding to suite upgrades, and maintaining tools and equipment. Perform building inspections, deliver resident notices, and manage snow removal on walkways. Work within an on-call rotation to ensure safety compliance and assist with preventative maintenance programs. Maintain strong resident relations while adhering to Health and Safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in building maintenance
- Able to provide a criminal record check that is free of relevant convictions
- If using a company vehicle, provide annual driver's abstract and proof of a valid driver's license
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work with and climb stairs with equipment and supplies
