Maintenance Technician - (Reno, Vegas, or Tahoe Area)

Job Summary
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, perform repairs on gym equipment and facility infrastructure, and manage routine maintenance schedules for multiple locations. Service the wet area including the swimming pool/spa daily, test water balance, and log readings. Liaise with external vendors, maintain detailed inventory of supplies and tools, and order parts to ensure cost-effectiveness. Provide timely responses to member inquiries, coordinate maintenance activities with gym staff, and conduct regular safety inspections while adhering to safety standards. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and manage all reported tasks via the work order management system.
