Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for inspecting, repairing, and ensuring smooth operation of machinery, equipment, and facilities across properties. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, maintaining common areas and building systems, responding to service requests within 24 hours, coordinating with vendors, managing time/records, and complying with OSHA and Fair Housing laws. Must maintain tools, operate hand and power tools, and be able to work indoors/outdoors with physical tasks. On-site, with regular daytime hours and potential evenings/weekends; includes benefits such as medical/dental, PTO, and possible reimbursements. Supports Maintenance Lead and adheres to safety and housing guidelines.
