Job Summary
Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. Essential functions include performing emergency and unscheduled repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and using various tools and equipment. The role requires diagnosing problems and making decisions for repairs, complying with safety regulations, and maintaining clean work areas. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and climbing.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- General knowledge of general repair and equipment maintenance
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to read and write to interpret instruction manuals and work orders
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds consistently
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to drive to multiple locations and/or drive for long periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders to repair equipment or replace light
- Ability to work on rooftops
