Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues across apartment homes, exterior and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, and pools; perform preventive maintenance, respond to 24-hour emergency calls, complete service requests within 24 hours, prepare apartments for new residents, maintain property grounds and safety compliance, and coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager. Requires HVAC certification, a high school diploma or GED, and at least two years of related experience; valid driver's license required; strong focus on safety and customer service.
