Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for completing work orders, preventative maintenance, and upkeep of property grounds and common areas for RAM Partners properties; duties include completing make-readies, maintaining a clean and organized shop, providing parts/material lists, supporting emergency coverage with team members, and delivering professional resident, staff, and vendor interactions; EPA HVAC certification is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- EPA HVAC certified preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
