Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for completing work orders, making readies, maintaining property grounds and common areas, and performing preventative maintenance to uphold the physical integrity of RAM Partners, LLC properties. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, valid U.S. driver’s license, and strong communication skills. EPA HVAC certification is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends. Sponsorship for work authorization is not available. RAM Partners emphasizes safety and customer service in interactions with residents, staff, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A valid U.S. Driver’s license
- EPA HVAC certified preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available)
