Job Summary
Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority, including make readies, preventative maintenance, and grounds upkeep for common areas. Maintain a clean and organized shop while providing weekly parts and material lists. Assist in emergency call coverage with team members and demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors. Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures while performing other duties as assigned. Valid driver's license required; EPA HVAC and CPO certification preferred. Flexible schedule including weekends; legal authorization to work in the United States required.
Required Qualifications

- Valid Driver's license

- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
