Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for completing work orders and make-readies, maintaining property grounds and common areas, performing preventative maintenance, keeping a clean and organized shop, providing parts/materials lists weekly, assisting in coverage of emergency calls, and delivering professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors while adhering to safety policies and procedures. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license; EPA HVAC and CPO preferred; strong communication and computer skills; ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work flexible weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- Valid Driver’s license is required
- EPA HVAC and CPO certified preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
