Job Summary
Maintain the physical integrity of RAM Partners’ Altis Grand Central properties by completing work orders, preventive maintenance, make-readies, and grounds upkeep. Maintain a clean, organized shop and provide weekly parts/material lists. Assist in emergency coverage with team members and demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license; EPA HVAC certification preferred; strong communication skills and basic Microsoft Office competency; ability to multitask and meet deadlines; willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends; able to work legally in the United States.
