Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at RAM Partners, responsible for completing work orders and make-readies, preventive maintenance, grounds and common-area upkeep, maintaining a clean shop, providing parts/materials lists, assisting with emergency calls, and delivering professional service to residents, staff, and vendors. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus), valid driver’s license, EPA HVAC certification preferred, strong verbal/written communication, basic Microsoft Office skills, multitasking, ability to meet deadlines, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
