Job Summary
Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority while maintaining property grounds, common areas, and the shop. Perform preventative maintenance and make readies, providing a weekly parts and material list. Assist in emergency call coverage with other team members and demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while multitasking to meet deadlines. Requires EPA HVAC certification, valid driver's license, and ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- college degree
- Valid Driver's license
- EPA HVAC certification
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
