Job Summary
Complete work orders based on priority, perform make readies, and maintain property grounds and common areas. Execute preventative maintenance while keeping the shop and work areas clean and organized. Submit weekly parts and material lists and assist in emergency call coverage with team members. Treat residents, staff, and vendors professionally while adhering to all safety policies. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and EPA HVAC certification preferred. Flexible schedule including weekends.
Required Qualifications

- Valid Driver's license
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
