Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician for The Cove properties capable of handling work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance to preserve the property's physical integrity. Responsibilities include maintaining property grounds and common areas, keeping a clean and organized shop, compiling parts and material lists, and assisting in coverage of emergency calls. Must communicate effectively with residents, staff, and vendors, follow safety policies, and demonstrate customer service. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and willingness to live on site; EPA HVAC certification is preferred. Position demands multitasking and meeting deadlines with a flexible schedule, including weekends.
