Job Summary
Complete work orders based on priority, perform make readies, and maintain property grounds and common areas. Execute preventative maintenance and keep the shop and work areas clean and organized. Submit weekly parts and material lists and assist in emergency call coverage with team members. Demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors while adhering to all safety policies. Requires valid driver's license, EPA HVAC certification preferred, and ability to work flexible schedules including weekends. Required Qualifications
