Job Summary
Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority, including make readies, preventative maintenance, and grounds upkeep. Maintain a clean and organized shop, provide weekly parts lists, and assist in emergency call coverage. Demonstrate professional customer service skills with residents, staff, and vendors while adhering to all safety policies. Requires a valid driver's license, EPA HVAC certification preferred, and ability to work flexible schedules including weekends. Competitive hourly pay of $22 to $24 with comprehensive benefits including PTO, 401k match, and medical insurance.
Required Qualifications
