Job Summary
Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority, including make readies, preventative maintenance, and grounds upkeep for multi-family properties. Maintain a clean and organized shop, provide weekly parts and material lists, and assist in emergency call coverage with team members. Demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors while adhering to all safety policies. Requires a valid driver's license, EPA HVAC certification preferred, and ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
