Job Summary
Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority, including make readies, preventative maintenance, and grounds upkeep for common areas. Maintain a clean and organized shop, provide weekly parts and material lists, and assist in emergency call coverage with other team members. Demonstrate professional customer service with residents, staff, and vendors while adhering to all safety policies. Requires a valid U.S. driver's license, EPA HVAC certification preferred, and ability to work a flexible schedule with rotating nights and weekends. Compensation ranges from $21 to $23 per hour with bonuses, plus medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to work flexible schedule and on call rotating nights and weekends
