Job Summary
Complete work orders based on priority, perform make readies, and maintain property grounds and common areas. Execute preventative maintenance while keeping the shop and work areas clean and organized. Submit weekly parts and material lists and assist in emergency call coverage with other team members. Demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors while adhering to all safety policies. Requires EPA HVAC certifications, valid driver's license, and ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- college degree
- Valid Driver's license
- EPA HVAC certifications
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
