Job Summary
Respond to reported work orders and perform general repairs across guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment. Conduct preventative maintenance on all hotel areas, including the pool area, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and state/local codes. Maintain external property appearance through lawn, landscaping, and parking lot upkeep. Operate common power and hand tools safely and ensure all maintenance areas remain clean, organized, and secured. Maintain basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool, and elevator operation. Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency. Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership. Requires Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or ability to obtain it.
