Job Summary
Analyze equipment failures, determine causes, and perform necessary repairs on plant machinery, motors, transformers, and electronic components. Execute mechanical and electrical maintenance, including preventative activities on engines, conveyor systems, and production machines, while troubleshooting malfunctions using precision instruments. Maintain equipment inventories, place expediting orders, and document team actions to ensure safe, clean operations. Requires electronics certification, strong communication skills, and ability to read blueprints and plans.
Required Qualifications
- Electronics certification
- Ability to read and interpret plans, construction and contract documentation
- Ability to read calipers and tape measure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and relay information accurately and in a timely manner
