Job Summary
Conduct daily property maintenance including repairs, cleaning, and inspections of grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and appliances. Satisfy service requests per work orders, perform make-ready procedures such as painting and appliance servicing, and execute preventive maintenance schedules with supervisor approval. Provide on-call emergency service for evenings, weekends, and holidays while managing tool inventory, snow removal, and lawn care. Prepare logs and reports in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Willing to assist at other properties as required
- Has knowledge of power, water, and gas turnoffs, clean-out traps, fire extinguishers and fire hydrants
- Knowledge of emergency telephone numbers (e.g., police, fire department, maintenance supervisor)
- Follow all company emergency procedures
- Wear uniform during all working hours
- Provide own small tools to perform duties
- Attend all instructional classes conducted by management
