Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for day-to-day upkeep of building systems and common areas, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors/locks, and appliances. Responds to work orders promptly, troubleshoots and repairs mechanical/electrical/plumbing issues, completes unit turnovers with painting, drywall repair, and fixture replacement, conducts regular inspections, assists with seasonal tasks (snow removal, landscaping, filter changes), maintains maintenance logs and inventory, coordinates with vendors/contractors, and ensures health, safety, and building-code compliance while delivering professional service to residents, tenants, staff, and visitors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related field
- HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification
- Valid driver’s license (if required for site coverage or on-call duties)
Desired Qualifications
