Job Summary
Perform complex troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components across production and facility equipment, including CNC mills, lathes, and automated assembly lines. Install, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, PLCs, pumps, filtration systems, and high-bay lighting while reading schematics, drawings, and diagrams. Manage preventive maintenance tasks, write work orders, and document activities in CMMS software. Work 8–10-hour shifts standing on concrete floors, lifting up to 75 lbs, and climbing elevated locations while wearing full PPE. Experience with Siemens HMI, Allen Bradley PLCs, and industrial air compressors is required. May work weekends and inside/outside environments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Trade School Graduate
- At least 3 years of manufacturing machine repair experience
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical and/or engineering blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems and equipment, including drives, motors, etc
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50–75 lbs regularly
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (8–10-hour shifts)
