Job Summary
Maintenance Technician provides routine maintenance for the community’s physical assets with broad knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry while delivering outstanding resident service. Responsibilities include completing resident work orders within 24–48 hours, assisting with unit turnover (3–5 days), maintaining grounds and curb appeal, and being available for on-call emergencies. The role uses a Maintenance Mobile app to process work orders and is based at Patterson Pointe Senior Residence in Bloomington, IN, part-time (24 hours/week) with Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- HVAC training and certification preferred
- Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)

- Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders by using smartphone applications
