Maintain the physical integrity of the community by performing routine maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry; complete resident work orders within 24-48 hours; assist with court-ordered set-outs; perform unit turnovers (3-5 days); maintain grounds and curb appeal; be responsive to on-call emergencies; utilize Maintenance Mobile app with a smartphone stipend; provide outstanding customer service to residents and collaborate with a team dedicated to excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- HVAC training and certification preferred
- Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
- Ability to be “on-call” for emergencies
- Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders using smartphone applications
