Maintenance Technician PT

Maintenance Technician role focused on on-site, part-time maintenance duties at The Enclave in Elizabethtown, KY. Responsibilities include performing routine and preventative maintenance on property systems, troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems, addressing resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally, conducting property inspections, prioritizing and completing work orders with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining inventory of tools and supplies, assisting with apartment turnovers to ensure units are move-in ready, and responding to after-hours emergency maintenance issues as needed. The ideal candidate collaborates effectively with the team, is detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and able to handle after-hours or weekend emergencies when required.
