Job Summary
Execute maintenance requests assigned by the Maintenance Superintendent, including building walkthroughs to identify needs and verify subcontractor services. Prioritize building-critical issues and resident requests, responding to calls when the Superintendent is unavailable and communicating work status accurately. Perform checklist walkthroughs, record time, and ensure all building operations and amenities meet RMS brand standards. This full-time role requires Monday through Saturday hours with on-call rotation from Tuesday through Saturday. Candidates need one year of experience across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, plus a driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in building maintenance
- Experience or familiarity with all trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- Current driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Full-time position availability
- No overtime availability
- Availability to work Monday – Saturday
- On-call availability for emergencies
- Must be On-Call Tuesdays through Saturdays
