Job Summary
Service requests, HVAC/plumbing/electrical repairs, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance. On-call rotation required. Valid Virginia Driver's License and proof of insurance needed. HVAC certification, Types 1 and 2, and technical training in one or more trades required. Must possess mechanical aptitude and follow OSHA and company safety guidelines. High school diploma or GED preferred with one to three months related experience. Must occasionally lift over 100 pounds and work in high, precarious places or enclosed spaces.
